What if I miss a day? Can I catch up?

You can go through this program in your own rhythm. Ideally you do the main practice every day, but if you missed a day it is not a problem.

Could I use the main practice after the retreat is over?

Yes, at the end you will receive a lifelong access to the materials of the retreat!

What time are live sessions in Zoom? Which time zone? What if I can't join at that time?

The live Zoom sessions are at 10am GMT. It is no problem if you can't join. They will be recorded and available without any restrictions.

If there a refund policy?

Yes. You can request full refund prior to May 5.

Is it suitable for someone who is currently in therapy.

Yes, this practice works equally well for women who are currently go through therapy. But in this case you should get a professional advice from your therapist first.
