I created this practice it in order to replace more regimented «masculine» discipline based training routines. So we women can practice following joy and pleasure rather than being motivated solely by discipline.
For us pleasure is by far strongest stimuli as it reflects our true nature. We don't need to be just push it into action. This bootcamp/ashram principle is far from what women need.
Modern world is harsh enough. So our training routine can bring tone to our beautiful bodies through the sensual exercises that reflect our anatomy and our nature.
This practice has been favoured equally by celebrities and fitness lovers as well as women who decided to start doing morning exercises for the first time in their life.
There are 2 main ingredient of the practice:
- Releasing the body tension built-up practice
- Dance with self-massage elements «Let the Shakti in».
And you have the option to wrap up your exercise practice with a free dance to I'm Not a Good Girl track with me.
My songs accompany all the set, that takes no more than 20 minutes but brings sense of joy peace and pleasure as well as feeling that you've really exercised!
